  10 Single-arm DB Clean & Jerks** (60/40 - 5 right, 5 left)

  30 Double Unders OR 45 Singles OR 45s of skipping

  12 Toes-to-Bar OR Kipping Knee Raises OR V-Ups OR Abmat Situps

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 7 - 10+ Rounds

*P1 completes 10 C&J then P2 does 10 C&J, P1 does 30 DUs then P2 does 30 Dus, etc.

**DB C&J is from the floor on every rep.
