Conditioning

On a 20 Min Running Clock:

10 Rounds:

  12 Walking Lunge Steps (unweighted)

  12 DB Snatches (50/35)

Then, from time 10 rounds are completed to 20 Mins

Find a 1RM Clean Complex:

  +Deadlift + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

Stimulus: Sustain

Target:

  a) Metcon portion: 10 - 15 Mins (60 - 90s per round)

  b) Lift: Heavy
