  6 Double DB Snatches (35s/25s)

  Max Distance Farmer's Carry* (35s/25s, performed as 400m loops)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Grip and Rip

Execution: P1 performs 6 Double DB Snatches and then farmer's carries as far as possible, with athlete 2 walking alongside.

When P1 can no longer hold the DBs, switch to P2.

*Walk as fast as you want. DON'T DROP the DBs
