In Teams of 4:

  P1: Run 500m* OR 400m

  P2: Air Bike 1.2/1.0km

  P2: Run 500m* OR 400m

  P1: Air Bike 1.2/1.0km

Then,

  P3: Run 500m

  P4: Air Bike 1.2/1.0km

  P4: Run 500m* OR 400m

  P3: Air Bike 1.2/1.0km

Each round, pairs switch starting movement.

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 35 - 42 Mins

Cap: 45 Mins

Execution: 2 athletes are working at a time. Both athletes bike/run before switching working pairs. If you complete your run/bike before your partner, wait for them. Each athlete performs 4 rounds.
