50 Double Unders

40 Mountain Climbers

30 Jumping Lunges

20 Russian KB Swings 70/53#

10 Rope Climbs, alternating each rep

20 Russian KB Swings

30 Jumping Lunges

40 Mountain Climbers

50 Double Unders

Each partner completes the listed amount of reps while the other rests. Switch upon completion, then move on and continue in this fashion until you have both completed the entire workout.
