100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Air Squats
30 cap. Scale any exercise that you are confident will take you longer than 10:00. If proficient in these movements, (ie. if you can do 30 unbroken pull ups/push ups) go big sets from the beginning. If not, do your best to stay consistent across each exercise (ie. 20x5 pull up/push up).
