3 Squat Cleans + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk @ 60%

Focus is perfect technique. Full range of motion in the bottom and full extension at the top. 

 

2 Rounds for time:

400m Run

15 Power Clean and Jerks 135/95

30 Plate Overhead Walking Lunges 45/25

Must be able to do a set of 5 unbroken Power Clean and Jerks with the weight you choose.

 

Accessory Abs

3 Rounds:

10 Hanging Leg Raise

15 Banded Ab Mat Sit Ups

20 Hollow Rocks

Rest as needed. Focus on quality and control.
