Strict HSPU
1 to 7 Unbroken
Do one, kick down, do 2, kick down, etc. If you have a few but maybe not 7 strict HSPU, go as far as you can on the wall before switching to a HSPU from a box. Alternatively follow same rep scheme with push-ups, or negative push-ups.

5 DB Strict Press, As Heavy As Possible
5 DB Push Press
30 Double Unders
25’ Burpee Suicides*
*Mark 5x5’ increments on the floor with cones. Perform a burpee and run to the 5’ mark where you will turn around, perform a burpee, and run back. Perform another burpee, run to the 10’ mark, perform another burpee, etc. Continue in this fashion until you have completed the full 25’ and all 10 burpees.
