Mike started throwing down CrossFit workouts in 2014 and became a coach in 2017. You’re sure to find him on a mountain on any given weekend - on his mountain bike in the summer or on his sled in the winter. This guy is tough as nails and is sure to give you a great cue or tip to help dial in your functional fitness.

  • Workout Song: Do not really listen to much music more of a podcast guy, but I would say pursuit of happiness, or 90's punk gets me moving

  • Healthy Meal: Bowls, homemade rice bowls, pretty much a staple

  • Treat/Vice: Full meal would say Sushi, but not much of a treat....

  • WOD/Movement: Love Hero WODs, or thing that people look at with disgust..
