E4MOM x 4 Rounds

3 reps of 1&1/4 Back Squats*

*Perform a squat to full depth, stand until hip crease is @ knee, return to bottom, then stand tall.

Add weight across sets - work up to a heavy but not close to failure

Climb the ladder*

2 DB Box Step Overs (24/20 & 50s/35s)

6 Box-jump-all-the-way-overs (24/20)

*Add 2 Step Overs each round BUT Box-jump-ATWO's remain at 6 for WOD.

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Finish round of 12 - 16 Step-overs
