240 Deadlifts (245/165)*

Performed EMOM style, rotating:

Station 1: 2 - 3 Rope Climbs

Station 2: 50s Wall Sit Hold

Station 3: Max Deadlifts

Station 4: Rest

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 16 - 20 Mins (3 - 5 times at each station)

Notes:

*Work ends when the team accumulates 240 deadlifts

If an athlete complete 3 rope climbs prior to 1 Min, they rest the remainder of the interval.

Deadlift Station is 1 Min for max reps
