R1/2) 3 Power Position Squat Clean

R3/4/5) 2 Hang Squat Clean (at knee)

Build weight throughout sets

then,

In 8 Minutes:

Find 1 RM Squat Clean

then,

E2MOM x 3 Rounds

3 Squat Cleans @ 70% of today's 1RM

Conditioning

a) Row 500m for time - Go hard and NOTE your time!

Rest 3 Mins

b) Row MAX Metres in the same amount of time it took you to row 500m in 'a'

Example: If it takes you 2:05 to row 500m in 'a', then in 'b' row MAX meters in 2:05. Try to get 500m!
