E2MOM x 9 Rounds (3 times at each station per athlete):

Station 1: Max Farmer's Carry OR Front Rack Carry (Heavy)*

Station 2: Max Sled Pull / Push** OR Max Assault Bike Calories

Station 3: Rest

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Many Reps (Scores will vary)

*Can be performed as Rig lengths or in parking lot.

**Sled should be loaded to allow for a steady march, not a run/sprint. Perform in side parking lot.
