In Teams 3

P1) Air Bike 60/48 Calories

P2 & P3) Split:

  36 DB Squat Cleans (50s/35s)

  9 Rope Climbs OR Strict Pull ups OR Banded Strict Pull-ups (coach prescribe reps)

Execution:

Rotate Biking Athlete each round until each athlete has done 60/48 cals on the bike twice.

Team rotates when both stations are complete.

If one station is completed sooner than the other, that station earns rest.

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 24 - 30 Mins
