Target: <7 - 10 Mins

Gymnastic Stamina

Wall Walks

For Reps:

4 Rounds

1 Smooth Set of Wall Walks*

Rest 3 Mins between rounds

then,

1 Big Set of Walk Walks

Stimulus: Stamina

*Smooth set: is where rep speed doesn't change, and you end your set before serious shoulder fatigue sets in.

** Big set: is where you stop when rep speed seriously slows and you are approaching failure. This set should be 1.5 - 2x bigger than your 4 smooth sets.
