Paige believes that fitness is so much more than time spent in the gym; it's a lifestyle and a mindset, and she loves bringing people together in pursuit of it.

Paige is a native Calgarian who grew up dancing competitively, and as an adult, her love for movement and music evolved into instructing barre fitness. Fast forward a few years, she's now her happiest self when she's strength training or crushing a WOD - paired with a killer playlist, of course! 

When she's not coaching, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and two kids, probably outdoors.
