Lisa Radz ( pronouns Her/They) is a Trauma-Informed Personal Trainer and yoga teacher with a background in social work. Incorporating her social work skills provides her clients with a therapeutic training session. Lisa’s focus is reducing the overall oppression that is felt within the gym space. She collaborates together to create realistic goals with her clients. Using a trauma-informed approach allows for flexibility, and understanding that each session will be different.

Her mission is to improve her client's muscular strength so they can live their best life and reach their health, and wellness goals!

Doing the work of strength training can allow you to access your emotions, and unlocks your full potential through the intelligence of your body. Her personal training sessions are 60min long, along with a one-month strength program for her clients to practice the skills they worked on throughout each session.

This training session can also be covered by your insurance plan.
