Hanna loves to travel, head out to the mountains and learn new things! She competed in all star competitive cheerleading for 7yrs and started Crossfit when she was 13yrs old. Hanna’s been to the Crossfit games two times as a teenager and is very passionate about health, nutriton, and fitness. Hanna’s currently taking a Bachelors of health and physical education at Mount Royal university.

Hanna is a very bubbly person who loves to make new friends and spend time with my family. She has moved 8 times and have lived in four different cities and says that Calgary is her absolute favourite. Her favourite part of being a coach is being able to see the progress of the clients and see them achieve their goals!
