Courtney comes from an athletic background; playing college soccer and competing in snowboarding competitions throughout her late teens and early 20s. Breaking her back snowboarding she sought out Yoga as a part of her healing process. Yoga turned into spinning which turned into group fitness which got her to CrossFit FINALLY!! (The love she was looking for!)
