The Fithouse Inferno gym is a separate space with a propriety program. The intention of this program is sure to get you results through a whole body workout in an hour or less.

We've taken everything we've learned over the years and built a system that gets you moving by blending strength and cardio in a unique, functional, and fun way.

We stagger strength and burn biased days while blending HIIT, Rowing, and Spin. On a strength day you'll work through three strength oriented blocks and two cardio blocks; while a burn day will involve three cardio blocks and two strength blocks. Each block will range from four to ten minutes.

The movements and exercises are fully scalable to challenge everyone that walks in the door.


MONDAYS

HIIT - Strong

3 Strength blocks + 2 Cardio blocks

A unique blend of bodyweight movements with various equipment is sure to give you an unmatched workout.


TUESDAYS

SPIN - Burn

3 Cardio blocks + 2 Strength blocks

Get ready to get huffing and puffing with 3 cardio blocks based around our Schwinn spin bikes. You’ll also get your pump on with 2 strength blocks.


WEDNESDAYS

ROW - Strong

3 Strength blocks + 2 Cardio blocks

Full body action coming at you! Today we’ll mash up a full body strength workout with a complimentary cardio workout on the rower.


THURSDAYS

HIIT - Burn

3 Cardio blocks + 2 Strength blocks

Some say this is the hardest day, they also say it’s the BEST day. Don’t miss this high intensity workout that is sure to get you sweating for results.


FRIDAYS

SPIN - Strong

3 Strength blocks + 2 Cardio blocks

Let’s just say our unique blend of strength work and cardio on the spin bikes is sure to get you one step closer to your goals.


SATURDAYS

ROW - Burn

3 Cardio blocks + 2 Strength blocks

Did someone say ‘sweat’? A burn day on the rower is sure to get your heart rate up, blood pumping, and kick your weekend off right!
