We believe in the concept of CrossFit and in training our athletes using constantly varied, high intensity and functional movements. What we don't believe, is that it has to be intimidating or scary. Our classes are for everyone. Yes...that means you! All of our workouts are programmed by our head trainer, Michelle Greaves, and are easily scaleable to accommodate everyone from the experienced athlete to the CrossFit newbie. Our community of athletes is simply the best! It is a must try experience!

A 10-week transformation challenge like no other. We recognize that physical fitness is only one component of overall well-being. If your diet doesn’t match your goals, your training can not get you there. This challenge includes three nutrition and meal prep workshops, lead by Coaches Dave Wallace and Meg Pickett. It also includes benchmark testing, before and after body analysis, goal setting and a personalized nutrition plan from our certified nutritional practitioner. Points are awarded throughout the challenge to determine the winners.

This is our all-in-one, perfect for everyone, get you results, bootcamp class! CAMP Strong and CAMP Burn have been designed to increase your full body strength and cardiovascular fitness. A heavier emphasis is put on strength development on the strong days and a heavier emphasis is place on conditioning on the burn days.This class is super high energy and yields an amazing 600-900 calories.
Our mini athletes are taught foundational movements in a fun, interactive, 45-min class. These movements will be integrated with high energy games, team work, traditional coaching, as well as, breath and mindfulness practices.
